What Is WisMesh Board One?
The WisMesh Board ONE is a new baseboard tailored for Meshtastic Board. It offers Meshtastic compatibility on a smaller footprint while still offering a user button, a 1.3" OLED display, all GPIO’s, I2C, SPI available on pin headers and a WisBlock Sensor Slot, which you can use for an optional GNSS module RAK12500 or other WisBlock Sensor Modules (compatible sensors can be added during checkout for your convenience).
The WisMesh Board ONE is equipped with the Nordic nRF52 ultra-low-power MCU, and built with an onboard BLE antenna and an iPEX connector for the LoRa antenna. While it comes with an FPC base antenna, the iPEX connector leaves the freedom to connect any LoRa antenna with an optional iPEX to SMA or iPEX to RP-SMA antenna cable.
The battery and solar connectors are placed on the side, allowing for slimmer enclosures by eliminating the need for extra height to accommodate cables and connectors.
Optionally, you can buy the WisMesh Board ONE Pocket, which is fully-assembled with a 3D-printed enclosure. We have also published the 3D model and mechanical dimensions to make it easy for you to design your own enclosure. It is ideal for applications such as Meshtastic GPS and Meshtastic Tracker.
With the Meshtastic Getting Started Guide, the WisMesh Board ONE is ready for use within a short time.
